Core Concepts of Bio Individuality and Multidimensional Health.

Core Concepts Bio Individuality and Multidimensional Health
Core Concepts Bio Individuality and Multidimensional Health

  1. Bio Individuality

The core concept is that each person has unique needs, and these needs can change throughout their lifetime. A single diet or lifestyle doesn't work for everyone due to our unique genetic makeup, nutritional needs, and environmental influences.

In other words, there is no “one size fits all” solution.

It's important to consider what nourishes you beyond just food. This includes aspects of your lifestyle, career, financial status, physical activities, and relationships. We all have unique ways we replenish and evolve. What supports one person's health and happiness may not necessarily support another's.

  1. Multidimensional Health

Is the core concept that health is holistic and extends into all aspects of the individual. Each aspect of health physical, mental, emotional and spiritual is interconnected and influences us in a variety of ways.

  • Physical health: the state of body, our food, fitness to genetics and prevention and absence of disease.

  • Mental Health– involves everything from beliefs, self-talk, personal narrative and your relationship with stress and ability to cope with challenges.

  • Emotional Health – ability to feel, and be present and manage all the emotions that arise everyday and how I relate to others and myself

This month in the Empowered Wellness Integrative Health Coaching Circle we have looked at two Core Concepts.

Bio-individuality and multidimensional health. I'd like you to consider how these concepts apply to your life.

  • Think about the aspects of your lifestyle, career, finances, physical activity, and relationships that may not be serving your well-being.

  • What could you change to improve your overall health?

  • Additionally, do you have any daily or weekly practices that support your physical, mental, and emotional health?

I Invite you to share by leaving a comment or sending an email in regarding to the questions above. the ways you practice the two core concepts.
