Coaching : Exploring Healthly Basics January 2026


To begin this 2026 year, I wanted to share a guide on "Exploring Healthy Basics" which outlines key areas for foundational wellness. These seven practices are designed to help you feel more energized and focused:

 

1. Nourish: Prioritize whole, minimally processed, nutrient-dense foods. Also, consider the impact of your environment, social interactions, and media consumption on your energy levels.


2. Hydrate: Aim for adequate hydration with water or caffeine-free herbal tea daily. A simple starting point is adding one extra glass of water immediately upon waking.


3. Rest: Consciously incorporate rest throughout your day, including both mental and physical breaks. Prioritize sleep by aiming to get into bed half an hour earlier each night.


4. Move: Find authentic and enjoyable ways to move each day, whether through physical activity like a walk or mindful breath work between meetings.


5. Align: Connect to your values and purpose. Try taking a moment before starting your day to pause and consider what is important to you.


6. Connect: Strengthen connections with yourself and others. Check in with yourself once a day, or send a quick message to someone you are thinking of.


7. Immerse: Engage with the natural world. Simple ways to do this include breathing fresh air, basking in sunlight, or bird-watching.


These small, sustainable shifts can have a profound impact on your overall well-being. and assist in
