Hi, I'm Antoinette!

After the passing of my father, I felt a deep calling to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. This quest led me to explore various modalities, starting with Yoga Teacher Training, Mindfulness Meditation, Pilates, and Reiki. These practices opened up new opportunities for my physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, helping me find my place in the world.

My journey continued with Shamanic studies at the Four Winds Society, where I learned to heal both body and soul through holistic approaches. In 2017, I was introduced to doTERRA essential oils and became a Wellness Advocate, guiding others in using natural health solutions. Recently, I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Health Nutrition, the world's leading online health coaching and nutrition school.

My mission is to support clients in gaining self-awareness and tapping into their inner wisdom. By creating a personalized health plan, we work together to achieve your unique wellness goals, fostering a healthy outlook on life and a commitment to self-care.

Experience & Credentials

Fascial Maneuvers:

I continue to study Fascial Maneuvers with the Human Garage group and community. My training includes various programs such as the 1, 3, 7, and 28-day Reset programs (twice), Lifestyle Artist 1, and I am currently enrolled in Lifestyle Artist 2. Recently, I attended a “Partner Maneuver Retreat” in Mexico, where I explored maneuvers in both water and on land. 

Integrative Health Nutrition (IIN) and Wellness Coach:

As a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the world’s largest and leading online health coaching and nutrition school, I support clients by creating an environment that fosters self-awareness. By utilizing a diverse range of modalities and tools, I encourage insights and help clients tap into their internal wisdom. Together, we develop personalized health plans tailored to each individual's unique health goals.

doTERRA Essential Oils:

Since 2017, I have been a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, guiding clients through the natural health benefits of essential oils for both health and home. doTERRA essential oils are 100% pure, free of contaminants, fillers, and adulterations. I am available for Wellness calls to discuss how these oils can enhance your well-being.

The Four Winds Society:

I have completed the Shamanic Energy Medicine Program with the Four Winds Society, studying under founder Alberto Villoldo and his team in New York State, California, and Ontario. This training has equipped me with effective ways to assist clients in healing both their bodies and souls through Shamanic practices.

Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training:

My journey also includes training in the Sivananda Yoga system, a spiritual yoga practice that encompasses yoga postures and the ancient yogic knowledge for health, peace, unity in diversity, and self-realization. I have attended workshops and retreats at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in the Bahamas, which have deepened my understanding and practice of yoga.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Meditation:

I have studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Meditation, a practice founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn that brings ancient Buddhist meditation into mainstream medicine and healthcare. This practice is highly effective for individual healing and transforming lives.

Card Readings:

Additionally, I have a long-standing interest in card readings, encouraged by others to share this skill with clients. Card readings offer moments for introspection and curiosity, providing insights and guidance on personal questions and situations.

Antoinette assisted me with discovering that with Fascial Maneuvers we can make big steps to heal our own body. The Fascial Maneuvers incorporate intention, movement, counter rotation and breathe. With her help and to decrease stress, I now incorporate a number of Fascial Maneuvers.  I am confident that these maneuvers will increase my balance, flexibility, ease of movement and breath capacity.
