Fascial Maneuvers Head and Face

Fascial Maneuvers are powerful tool for enhancing physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. These maneuvers are a blend of intention, movement, and breath, designed to release tension and restore balance in the body.

Spring's arrival often brings a resurgence of color and life, but for many, it also triggers nasal and sinus congestion. Symptoms such as a runny nose, congestion, teary eyes, itchy nose and throat, and even swelling can occur. Tension and pressure may also build up around the forehead, cheeks, nose, and between the eyes.

The Fascial Maneuvers outlined below may help to calm and manage any tension in the head and face, offering relief during this vibrant season.
