As winter approaches and the holiday season begins, our diets often shift from fresh produce to more warming, grounding foods and, frequently, an increase in rich, sweet treats. This time of year, can place extra stress on our digestive systems.

Seasonal Food Changes:

 - In-Season Produce: Root vegetables (carrots, parsnips, potatoes) are ideal for warm dishes. Citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruits) offer beneficial Vitamin C for immune support.

- Meats: Traditional holiday options include turkey, ham, and beef, with game meats like goose, duck, and venison also available.

- Holiday Treats: December often brings festive sweets and drinks such as eggnog, candy canes, fruitcake, and gingerbread.

To help your body manage these seasonal changes, I invite you to complete the Organ Reset—a powerful and easy self-care sequence. This technique uses your hands, breath, and intention to help reset and recharge your organs.

The Organ Reset can help:

- Improve organ function (including the gallbladder, stomach, liver, and kidneys).

- Reduce inflammation and pressure.

- Support the digestive system and rejuvenate your body.

- Address your emotions and well-being by bringing more balance and alignment.

I encourage you to try this sequence daily. For an even more powerful release, try adding one or more intentions to your practice. Get creative and notice how your body shifts as you speak the words.
