Elbow Torque - Shoulder and neck release

Right side Right hand on left shoulder, bring arm up to shoulder height Left hand place palm on the right elbow, turn the fascial of elbow out and lock in place Turn head as far as you can to the right and upper body to the left Engage Pelvic floor Inhale and exhale thru the mouth 6x


Other side Upper body to right, head to left, continue to torque the elbow Inhale and exhale thru the mouth 6x

Go for a 2-3 min. walk


Left side  Left hand on right shoulder, bring arm up to shoulder height Right hand place palm on the Left elbow and turn it fascial of elbow out and lock in place Turn head as far as you can to the left and upper body to the right Engage pelvic floor Inhale and exhale thru the mouth 6x

Other side Upper body to left, head to the right, continue to torque the elbow, Inhale and exhale thru the mouth 6x

Go for a 2-3 min. walk
