A Warrior Woman represents strength, assertiveness, and the ability to stand on her own. In the modern world, this metaphor describes a woman facing life’s challenges with determination—a concept that balances strength with vulnerability while focusing on emotional power and protection.

When we encounter experiences where fear arises, we often find that our greatest awareness lies on the other side. In those moments, you have the opportunity to address that fear directly.

I encourage you to ask yourself if old belief systems or outdated programming are preventing you from moving forward and reclaiming your strength.

When fear appears, ask yourself:

Is this real?

or

Am I creating a story based on things that haven’t happened yet?

As Joan of Arc once said: "I am not afraid; I was born to do this."

To move past fear, practice calling upon courage. Fear cannot coexist with courage. I invite you to view your fears as opportunities to gain new insight in the experience rather than obstacles.

I invite you to reflect on this statement:

"I will call upon my courage and focus the next I experience fear.

I move forward and reclaim my strength with vulnerability

while focusing on emotional power and protection. "
