While we often prioritize constant action for achievement, the universe offers a chance to pause, recharge, and gather information. Stillness can bring clarity and new insights, allowing us to review ongoing changes.
The Calling
Embrace this time as a gift to play, pursue a craft, or journal, which will help you recharge.
The key is to turn inward, be still, and focus your consciousness on the present moment. Quiet your mind by removing noise and distractions. Let go of projects or activities that don't serve your highest good or genuinely bring you joy.
The Invitation
Take a moment to sit or stand still and breathe deeply three times. This will help you approach your next decisions and steps with a sense of relaxation, grounding, and detachment.
Practice for this Week
Sit or stand still, take a deep breath inhale to a count of 4 and exhale thru the mouth to a count of 6, for 3 rounds. Ensure you repeat the dedicated breathe practice daily as many times as required, as it offers a valuable opportunity to standstill and refocus.
