Nature

The sweat lodge is a low-profile structure similar to a hut that is covered in natural materials. Inside a pre dug hole houses heated stones brought in by the firekeeper. The facilitator adds water to the already heated stones creating a environment of intense heat and steam. A number of opportunities are available for the participants as they sit in a circle and are invited to share intentions, feelings and thoughts during this time of deep reflection.

Welcome

This is both an inward and personal experience. You are asked to be mindful of the thoughts and images that appear to you during this is a time of rebirthing. Release any old aspects you have outgrown, acknowledge and release them. In this way you can unlock new pathways to healing and embrace a more balanced and vibrant life.

Invitation

This practice invites one to shed old habits, fears, beliefs, and to heal disease. You are invited to ask for forgiveness, strength, compassion and understanding.
