This week offers a powerful opportunity for realignment, quiet clarity, and inner truth—a re-birth guided by hope and anchored in authenticity.

To support you through this week’s intense energy, I have created both daily and a weekly message.

These reflections are based on several key themes:

-The Watercodes and King Tide: Emotional tides are rising to help us clear, cleanse, and realign. - The Bluebird and Crow: We are asked to consider what in our energy field is ready to shift.

- Boundaries and Sisterhood: We are encouraged to form deeper connections, stand in our truth, and honor our personal boundaries.

- The New Moon Crow: This signifies a new cycle beginning with a release, a reset, and a rise.

I invite you to honor yourself by dedicating time to a wellness routine tailored to your unique health goals.

Archangel Hope

April 12 - 18

Appears in a glowing rainbow light to signal hope, promise, and positive transformation after challenging times. Representing a bridge between heaven and earth, the rainbow serves as a divine promise of unity, diversity, and new beginnings.

As Archangel Hope guides you toward new opportunities, she encourages you to open your heart to the universe’s gifts—whether through new relationships, success, or unexpected openings. Practice gratitude to receive these rewards with joy and remain mindful of your worthiness. Mantra for the week: I look for the cosmic gifts in me and remind myself I am worthy to receive!

Sisterhood Mon. April 13

This is an invitation to recognize the beauty that surrounds us and to deepen our devotion to nature and the world.

I encourage you to spend time in nature and open your senses to what you see, hear, and smell. Here in Southern Ontario, despite the frequent rain, the robins and other birds continue to search for food and sing to their hearts' content. Perhaps this is a reminder for us to remain open to the goodness around us despite what is going on around us.

Alternatively, we have the opportunity to create beauty ourselves—whether by buying flowers, creating art, creating a new dish, connecting with others or putting a together a new outfit. These acts of creation allow you to bring beauty wherever you go today.

Water Codes

Tues. April 14

Take a moment to appreciate the water around us—whether it's rain, ponds, rivers, lakes, or the ocean. Throughout history, ancient civilizations have honored water in ceremonies and used it as a central element in cleansing experiences.

The Japanese researcher Masaru Emoto popularized the idea that water can record vibrations from emotions and thoughts. His experiments suggested that water molecules change their structure when exposed to human words, music, or intentions. His work serves as a powerful reminder of the potential impact our thoughts and feelings have on the world around us.

Next time you hold a glass of water, I invite you to be mindful of your thoughts and intentions. What wishes or feelings do you want that water to hold?

Bluebird Spirit

Wed. April 15

This card brings a message of happiness. As the Bluebird hums and sings at the day's beginning, it reminds us that we also have the ability to be happy and sing our own tune.

I invite you to say "yes" today to allowing happiness in. Let your thoughts hold the highest intention and frequency, and aim to experience happiness in all that you do.

When you consider what brings you joy, what comes to mind? For some, it is gathering and sharing; for others, it is the practice of self-care, compassion, and forgiveness.

All is well. Allow doubts and fear to fade, and let happiness be present

Boundaries

Thurs. April 16

Understanding boundaries is essential for protecting your well-being. Please review these key boundary types and examples:

- Physical: Protecting your personal space and body, such as managing desk space or physical contact.

- Emotional/Mental: Separating your feelings from others and saying "no" to protect your energy.

- Time/Energy: Safeguarding your schedule by limiting after-hours work and draining interactions.

- Digital/Material: Setting rules for device privacy, social media, and borrowed items.

To gauge your boundaries, check in with your

physical sensations, pay attention to what

your belly is attempting to communicate you.

The Crow - NEW MOON

Fri. April 17 @ 7:51 AM

The Crow serves as the keeper of universal law, teaching us to align our actions with our deepest identity. By speaking and creating truth in every situation, we engage the power to co-create with the universe.

I invite you to practice truth without judgment and correct what is untrue in your life. While your current actions may feel justified, ensure they align with absolute truth rather than illusion. Look deeply into your heart to remain true to your word. Mantra: "I take the time and space to look into my heart and set an intention to see the highest truth with ease and grace."

King Tide

Sat. April 18

Plenty. Prosperity. Receiving the Fullness of Life

High tides occur when the moon is either new or full and at its closest point to Earth in its monthly orbit. The "king tide" swells the waters of the world, representing a time of abundance and plenty.

This message is a reminder to receive everything you have created and to enjoy the richness of your life. During the summer months, we often experience an increase in energy, making it easier to receive openly and fully.

I encourage you to take the time to play and embrace the fullness of life. What makes you feel most alive and at your fullest?
